With BCN3D Cloud 2.0, along with the slicer BCN3D Stratos, BCN3D printers will have the perfect software companions to unlock their full potential.
What features are available in BCN3D Cloud 2.0?
- Connectivity of all modern BCN3D Printers: OmegaI60, EpsilonW50, EpsilonW27, SigmaD25.
- Notifications: Stay informed with custom web notifications about print status and potential issues. Configure which events you want to be notified for.
- Multiple Users: Up to 5 different users.
- Timeline/Production Queue: Oversee print queues effectively using a clear and organized timeline format.
- Projects: Structure tasks into custom projects for improved planning and tracking.
- Maintenance: Enhance printer lifespan with custom web notifications and timers for proactive upkeep.

What current BCN3D Cloud features are not available in BCN Cloud 2.0?
There a few features that will not be continuated in BCN3D Cloud 2.0. These are:
- Printer sharing: From now on, it is not possible to share only one printer to another BCN3D Cloud user. You either share all the printers, or none.
- BCN3D Teams: From now on, the main features of Teams (multiple users and teams, printer's organisation in groups, access to Team Statistics) are not available in BCN3D Cloud 2.0 by default. Contact team@bcn3d.com to activate them.
- Printer Clusters and Custom Queues: From now on, you can use the Projects tool to schedule multiple copies and group your printers, instead
From BCN3D Cloud to BCN3D Cloud 2.0
Will the transition be easy for the users? The answer is... of course! The transition will be smooth, and the printers will transition to the new cloud when each user decides o do so. It will be one click.
All your data (G-Codes, historical prints, material consumption reports, and configuration) will be available in BCN3D Cloud 2.0. You will find your Gcodes in the File Repository page, and you print history at the Traceability page.

- How do I migrate to the new BCN3D Cloud 2.0?
Shortly, you will find an option in the BCN3D Cloud Dashboard to activate the new BCN3D Cloud 2.0 by simply checking a box. Once you select this option, the migration process will be completed within 24 business hours.
Following the successful migration, you will receive two emails from team@bcn3d.com: one confirming that the migration was successful (with the subject line "Migration to BCN3D Cloud 2.0 successful! - [your email]") and another welcoming you to BCN3D Cloud 2.0 (subject: "Welcome to BCN3D Cloud 2.0") that will include instructions for setting up your new password.
- I received the welcome email to the new BCN3D Cloud 2.0, but I cannot enter.
Ensure that you are accessing the platform at www.cloudbcn3d.app. Your username is your email address, and the password is the one you created during your initial registration. If you have forgotten your password, please utilize the "Forgot Password" feature to reset it. For any further assistance, do not hesitate to reach out to team@bcn3d.com.
- Is the migration to BCN3D Cloud 2.0 mandatory?
Yes, migration to BCN3D Cloud 2.0 is mandatory. The existing BCN3D Cloud service at cloud.bcn3d.com will be discontinued in October 2025. To ensure a seamless transition, all users must complete the migration process before this deadline. If any users have not migrated by then, BCN3D administrators will carry out the migration automatically.
- My printer appears in the new BCN3D Cloud 2.0, but it does not connect properly.
Ensure that your printer is properly connected to the internet. If you're experiencing connectivity issues, try rebooting your printer and checking its connection status again. If the problem persists, please reach out to team@bcn3d.com for assistance.
- What will be the pricing of BCN3D Cloud 2.0?

BCN3D Cloud 2.0 offers four distinct license types: BASIC, STANDARD, EXPERT, and ENTERPRISE, with detailed descriptions provided here. All BCN3D users will have access to the BASIC license, which ensures that cloud services are included at no additional cost with your BCN3D printers.
In recognition of our valued BCN3D users, the first year of your license you will have the STANDARD license. Furthermore, you will have complimentary access to the EXPERT license for the first month, enabling you to fully utilize the extensive capabilities of the cloud system. This one-year period begins on the day you migrate to BCN3D Cloud 2.0 or upon the purchase of your first BCN3D printer.
You can easily upgrade your license by navigating to the Billing section within BCN3D Cloud 2.0.
- BCN3D Stratos: Is it compatible with the new BCN3D Cloud 2.0?
The new BCN3D Stratos version 2.2.0 and laters are fully integrated with BCN3D Cloud 2.0. This means you are able to synchronize with your printers and send print jobs directly from BCN3D Stratos. You can donwload it here.
Additionally, your BCN3D Stratos project workspace will be saved in BCN3D Cloud 2.0, allowing you to reuse it whenever needed.
