Heating Failed errors
A 'Heating Failed' error screen will appear when the machine is trying to heat a particular heater (in this case, the print heads or the print face) and it is not heating at the optimum speed.
This can happen for a number of reasons. Usually, it is a problem with the connection of the heaters (flat cables of the print heads or cables of the printing surface) or a faulty component.
Left or Right Printheads
If the printer displays a temperature error on the Print heads, this may indicate a disconnection or problem with the flat cable that is connected to the Print head or the Print head cable itself.
Printing surface
In the event of a Printing surface failure, it is important to contact BCN3D support directly. omega-assistance@bcn3d.com
Thermal runaway errors
This type of error is usually caused by a problem with the Print head or Printing surface thermistor. The error occurs when the reading that the printer receives from the component being heated suddenly has a significant fluctuation, both positive or negative. At this point, to protect the component, the pop-up is triggered and the component stops heating.

Omega I60 Printing surface max temperature: 120º.
This error may have occurred accidentally, but if it is recurring, it is important to contact the BCN3D support department. omega-assistance@bcn3d.com
