How to download logs (Omega I60)

Sometimes, an issue can be difficult to diagnose. In these cases, the logs are a valuable source of information. In this article, you will learn how to download the Omega logs.

1. Download the Snoop software and install it on your computer.

You can download the Snoop software here.

2. Connect your printer to your network using Ethernet. 

The computer you'll use to download the logs must be connected to the same network as the printer.

3. Write down the printer's IP address.

4. Without turning the printer off, open the Snoop software and enter the IP address to download the logs.
