Where is the serial number?

This article lists where to find the serial number on each model.

The serial number is the unique number that identifies your printer, this number is needed when contacting Customer Support. You can find the serial number in many places such as the printer, the information menu, and the printer's documentation.

The serial number is composed of 3 groups of numbers: The model (first 3 numbers), the production date (next 6 numbers), and the unit number (last 4 numbers).

	Label inside the printer This label is on the inner cover that is found inside the printer, behind the LCD
	Label on the box You can find this label on one of the sides of the printer box
	Declaration of conformity This document comes inside the box, between the filament spools and the printing surface
	Unit information menu on the LCD To access this menu, click on the 🛈 button on the top right corner of the main menu

Smart Cabinet

This label is on the backside cover, on the left side.

Label on the box

You can find this label on one of the sides of the printer box

Declaration of conformity

This document comes inside the box, between the filament spools and the printing surface

Sigma and Sigmax

	Label under the printer This label is on the bottom cover that is found under the printer, on the left side. Be careful when checking the label under the printer, it is recommended to disconnect the printer and remove the glass beforehand.
