Where is the serial number?
This article lists where to find the serial number on each model.
The serial number is the unique number that identifies your printer, this number is needed when contacting Customer Support. You can find the serial number in many places such as the printer, the information menu, and the printer's documentation.
The serial number is composed of 3 groups of numbers: The model (first 3 numbers), the production date (next 6 numbers), and the unit number (last 4 numbers). |

Label under the printerThis label is on the bottom cover that is found under the printer, on the left side. Be careful when checking the label under the printer, it is recommended to disconnect the printer and remove the glass beforehand. |
