How to print with BCN3D PET CF15
The easiest material filled with carbon fiber to print. It combines the great mechanical resistance of the PAHT CF15 and the chemical resistance of the PP GF30
What is PET CF15?
![]() |
PET CF15 (Polyethylene Terephthalate carbon fiber reinforced) is the easiest material filled with carbon fiber to print and can be printed directly on glass. It combines high dimensional stability and very low moisture absorption for applications in humid operating environments. |
The heat-resistant property, strength, and stiffness make this filament highly suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
To use PET CF15 filament you must install the hotend X. Printing PET CF15, PAHT CF15 or PP GF30 with a standard nozzle will seriously damage the hotend.

Build plate adhesion
|
PET CF15 has almost no warping. It is optional to use Magigoo when printing this filament. You will get optimal results using a clean printing surface. If you use Magigoo, it's best to apply it when the printing bed is cool. Use the Mesh Mapping to ensure that the model is properly attached to the build plate. |

Recommendations:
Plastics absorb moisture from the air. When the material is not in use for extended periods of time, it is recommended to keep the PET CF15 spools in a box or airtight container with desiccant to keep them dry.
PET CF15 emits low levels of fumes and particles when printed. We recommend printing it in a well-ventilated area to ensure a healthy environment.
