      What Version is my Printer? (Epsilon Series)

      1. Click on the top right button to access the printer's information menu. In this menu, press the Unit Information button.

      2. Here you can find the version of the Operating System, Software, and Firmware.

      Conclusions

      If you want to know what is the serial number of your printer you can check the Unit information menu or the label that is attached to the left side of the inner cover.
