Note: To use PP GF30 filament you will have to install the hotend X. Printing PAHT CF15 and PP GF30 with a standard nozzle will seriously damage the hotend.

bcn3d-ppgf30

PP GF30 (Polypropylene 30% glass fibre) is a composite filament, filled with glass fibre for chemically resistant, lightweight and dimensionally stable parts. It is amongst the most used filled materials in the automotive industry, characterised by a long service life and able to resist to all weather conditions.

You can purchase PP GF30 from our store: BCN3D PP GF30

BCN3D-Magigoo-PPGF-3D-Printing-Adhesive

Build plate adhesion: Magigoo PRO PPGF

Magigoo PP-GF is designed to work exclusively with glass re-inforced polypropylene(GFPP) filaments. This adhesive makes sure prints stick firmly when the print-bed is hot and that the part is easy to remove once it cools.

It is best to apply Magigoo when the printing bed is cool.

Recommendations:

Plastics absorb moisture from the air. For long periods of time without printing, it is
recommended to keep the PP GF30 spools in a box or airtight container with desiccant
to keep them dry.

Filament Storage

PP GF30 emits low levels of gasses and particles when printed. We recommend printing it in a well-ventilated area to ensure a healthy environment.

Only compatible with BCN3D Epsilon when paired with the Hotend X.
