How to print with BCN3D PP GF30
Ideal composite material for chemically resistant, lightweight and dimensionally stable parts
What is the PP GF30?
PP GF30 (Polypropylene 30% glass fiber) is a composite filament, filled with glass fiber for chemically resistant, lightweight, and dimensionally stable parts. It is among the most used filled materials in the automotive industry, characterized by a long service life and the ability to resist any weather condition. |
To use PP GF30 filament you must install the hotend X. Printing PAHT CF15 and PP GF30 with a standard nozzle will seriously damage the hotend.

Build plate adhesion
Magigoo PRO PPGF is designed to work exclusively with glass re-inforced polypropylene (GFPP) filaments. This adhesive makes sure the prints stick firmly when the print bed is hot and that the part is easy to remove once it is cooled. It is best to apply Magigoo when the printing bed is cool. To reduce the warping is highly recommended to print using brim. |
Recommendations
Plastics absorb moisture from the air. When the material is not in use for extended periods of time, it is recommended to keep the PP GF30 spools in a box or airtight container with desiccant to keep them dry.
PP GF30 emits low levels of gas and particles when printed. We recommend printing it in a well-ventilated area to ensure a healthy environment.
